Very good value, great choice with family!
Everything new, very clean, spacious rooms, breakfast was ok, pool is nice, ski in ski out if enough snow, friendly staff, very good (warm) skilocker, diner choices were delicious
Breakfast was ok but not good enough for 4 star hotel. Half board choices decreased because we were here the week before winter closure.

Amazing place but missing the final touches
Modern feel, great amenities, good breakfast and friendly staff. The rooms were a great size, the beds were comfortable and it was really nice to have ski in/ski out. The storage room for skis and boots was great.
There were a few things that contributed to a lower score: - The most frustrating was that there was no food offered inside the hotel for dinner. There is a restaurant in the same complex but having to go out especially after travelling all day when checking in and then after a long day of skiing did get a bit tiresome. - The on-site parking felt very expensive considering the cost of the stay - The showers in the room don't have a wall-holder at head-height which was really annoying - The thermostat in the room did nothing - was set at 19C for the duration of the stay but room reached 22/23C which wasn't pleasant at night, but could have been my error... - Sounds minor but the lifts only have one call button, which means when the lift arrives you need to call it again because someone's going up and you're wanting to go down.

everything in this hotel is great, except the wifi... will be happy to return
great room, comfortable beds, very good location (ski in/out) for those who know how to ski, service is great, the staff is very nice, breakfast is really good.
ski beginners need to take the bus to the ski school / main area, WIFI didn't work at all in our room, after a few days of complaining the staff offered us to switch a room
